The time has come: Our KANZEL BRÄU is now available in the HELL and EISVOGEL varieties in stylish 0.75-liter swing-top bottles—to take home or enjoy on the go, in a practical four-pack made of natural cardboard.
And for all KANZEL BRÄU lovers, we now also offer new 0.2-liter beer glasses for refined beer enjoyment.

  • HELL: 4-pack (4 × 0.75 L) in a cardboard carrier – €15
    (Single bottle price: €4)
  • EISVOGEL: 4-pack (4 × 0.75 L) in a cardboard carrier – €17
    (Single bottle price: €4.50)

You can now pick up your KANZEL BRÄU at our inn without pre-ordering –
Wednesday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
(except during kitchen hours from 12:00 to 2:00 PM).

Winter is currently showing its most beautiful side here. Perfect conditions for snow sports and outdoor activities.
For all the latest information on alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, or winter hiking, visit the website of the Bavarian Forest National Park holiday region. There you’ll also find the current snow and trail report.
Our top tip, of course, is the Dreikönigsloipe in Mauth through the Reschbach Valley (5, 10, or 20 km), which is currently in perfect condition.
And afterwards… well, you know: time to stop by and unwind at the FUCHS!

The KINGFISHER has landed

Just before Christmas, friends, something special is coming; just before Christmas, we have a reason to celebrate:
At the FUCHS, we’ve now got a bird.
A KINGFISHER. 🐦
That’s the name of our third variety from our KANZEL BRÄU—alongside the HELLES and the DUNKLES.
Our organic Pilsner…
…is named after the hiking trail that leads up to the Große Kanzel. Cold-hopped and unfiltered, it tastes incredibly good.
Come by and try it in our new 0.4 L Pilsner glasses!
And to celebrate our 2nd anniversary and the launch of our 3rd variety, KANZEL BRÄU now has its own Facebook account!
