On your plate, you’ll find everything the Bavarian Forest has to offer—always fresh, regional, and seasonal. But we’re also happy to think outside the box.
We place special emphasis on ingredients that have almost disappeared from today’s kitchens, such as horse or kid (young goat) meat, offal, local lingonberries or blueberries, fresh watercress, and traditional pastries.
