Regional Cuisine
Everything that is available in the Bavarian Forest and that suits the season is put on the plate: fresh, regional, seasonal. But we also like to think outside the box. The focus is particularly on ingredients that have almost disappeared from today's cuisine, such as horse or kid meat, offal, local cranberries or blueberries, watercress and traditional pastries.



SPECIAL:
Again and again, there are delicacies from our own slaughter and rearing, such as the roast from our Swabian-Hall pigs and specials from our own smokehouse. Our promise:
