Quality comes first in everything we offer. When it comes to meat, we place our trust in partners like the Angushof Buchberg near Bad Kötzting. There, Stefan Freimuth raises his animals with the philosophy: “Where cattle still live like cattle and meat still tastes like meat.” That’s why his Bayerwald Wagyū also makes its way onto the plates at FUCHS as a special dish.
Just yesterday, we received a fresh delivery, which we’re sharing with the *das asam* restaurant in Aldersbach. The animal was expertly butchered by Metzgerei Fisch in Viechtach, and by the evening we were already enjoying our first fresh tartare – perfectly paired with our wintry PLATZHIRSCH from our own KANZEL BRÄU.
